Prices, ranges, and timelines shown on the Website (e.g. price-per-m² indications, construction timelines) are approximate and provided for general guidance only. Final terms for any project are set out in a quote and/or written agreement agreed individually with the client.

Any pool, pond, or planting project is governed exclusively by the individual written contract signed between Refúgio Botânico and the client, which sets out guarantees, payment terms, and execution conditions. These Website Terms and Conditions do not replace or override that contract.
