Terms and Conditions
Terms and conditions for visits, price indications and building work at Refúgio Botânico in Alpedrinha, Portugal.
Visits to the show ponds in Alpedrinha are by appointment. A technical visit on your site comes after that.
Prices on this site are indications from the published bands, not a quote. A standard 75 m² swimming pond is indicated at about €1,200 per square metre, IVA included. Above 100 m² the rate per square metre drops; the lower rate is confirmed in the quote, not on this page. Ecosystem ponds are indicated at €120–€245 per square metre. Materials, transport and filtration are confirmed after the technical visit.
Work starts after a contract that states guarantees and payment. Construction of a swimming pond of 75–120 m² usually takes 10–14 days.
